90 years after the first race at Savio, the horse-racing season started on 28 June at the Cesena Racecourse.
At the Trio Restaurant, located by the side of the track on the race finish line, you can enjoy a different kind of evening, with a selection of fine food prepared with care. A special experience to be shared with friends or family.
The Territory Menu For this menu, which has its roots in Tradition but with a view to the future, we prefer the ingredients of Azdora, simple and wholesome, choosing the top-quality products of local farms and specialists in flavour.
The Catch Menu. The fresh catch of the day cooked the fishermen’s way, to bring out the full flavour of each individual fish species and highlight its characteristics.
Gourmet Menu. Chef Fabio Gallo's creativity is not only behind classic dishes, but also signature recipes reinterpreted in a modern guise.
Alternatively, for those who prefer a quick dinner or snack between races, a gastronomic buffet is available at La Tenda Buffet & Street Food overlooking the track, in a simpler and more informal ambience.
La Tenda is also the ideal place for corporate/business dinners and events or private groups.
