INFORMATION FOR PERSONNEL SELECTION

SUBJECT: Information pursuant to and by effect of Art. 13 of the GDPR EU 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data.
The undersigned company wishes to hereby inform you that, in order to establish and manage the employment relationship, it is the Data Controller of your personal data pursuant to the GDPR.
 
Purposes of processing and legal basis.
The collection and processing of personal data are carried out:
1. for possible recruitment, where this has not already taken place;
2. for the completion of personnel selection procedures;
and will be subject to processing based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Your personal data will be processed for the entire duration of the selection procedure and also subsequently for the fulfilment of all legal requirements linked to possible recruitment.
The legal basis for data processing is determined in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller until the completion of the personnel selection procedures, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
 
Processing methods.
The processing of data for the purposes set out above takes place by both automated means, on electronic or magnetic media and non-automated means, on paper media, in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law, the resulting regulations and internal regulations. Data subjects will not be the recipients of decisions based on the automated processing of their data such as, for example, profiling.
 
Location of processing.
The data are currently processed and stored at our registered office, in Via Emilia 129, 47921 Rimini (RN), Italy.
 
Compulsory or optional nature of data provision and consequences of any refusal to provide such data.
The provision of data is mandatory for the purposes indicated and therefore any refusal to provide them, either in total or in part, may result in the impossibility for the undersigned to proceed with the selection activities and consequently, the possible recruitment phase.
 
Data communication.
Without prejudice to communication carried out in fulfilment of legal and/or contractual obligations, none of the data collected and processed will be communicated outside the European Union.
In addition, while processing your data, the following categories may become aware of them;
- Managers and/or external managers and/or system administrators, identified in writing and to whom specific written instructions have been given;
- Employees of the Personnel Department;
- Labour consultants and/or companies specialising in the processing of payslips and their employees and collaborators, in their capacity as external appointees or managers;
- Professionals or service companies for company  administration and management that operate on behalf of our company.
 
Data retention.
For the purposes pursuant to point 2, in the event of a negative outcome of the selection procedure, data provided shall be kept for 2 years from receipt date.
For the purposes pursuant to point 1, data will be stored by us for 10 years, as established by law and the provisions of Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code.
 
 
Rights of the data subject.
With regard to the personal data provided, you may exercise your rights under Articles. 15 - 22 of the GDPR, within the limits and under the conditions set out in the same articles. In the event of signing any form of consent to processing requested by Summertrade Srl, please note that the data subject may revoke consent at any time, subject to the mandatory requirements of legislation applicable at the time of the request for revocation, by contacting the Data Controller at the addresses below. If you believe one or more of your rights has been violated, a complaint may be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority, in the manner identified by the same.

The Data Controller, to whom you may apply to assert your rights, is Summertrade S.r.l., with registered office in Via Emilia, 129 - 47921 Rimini (RN), Italy, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore. Pursuant to Art. 37 of the GDPR, the Data Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer as it is exempted from doing so.
